Youngsters from St George’s Preparatory School in Boston have met a children’s author to learn about writing stories.

Pupils visited Spalding’s South Holland Centre to listen to ‘How to Train Your Dragon’ write Cressida Cowell speaking about her career. The children bought signed books and were fortunate enough to receive hints and tips on writing stories.

The London Road schoolalso held a harvest festival where pupils sang songs, recited poetry and donated food to Centrepoint Outreach.
