Children at Bicker Preparatory School had an ‘egg-cellent’ day recently when the Happy Egg bus visited.
Every class visited the bus during the day to take part in hands-on science and maths activities. The children enjoyed looking at different sizes of eggs and learnt about their structure, as well as learning about irreversible changes, such as when eggs are whisked with air to make meringue.
Head teacher Julie Miles said: “The children really enjoyed working in a different learning environment.
“The staff provided some excellent activities for every age group.”
