PUPILS from a village school travelled back in time recently when they went to school dressed as early Britons.
Year five and six pupils at Bicker Preparatory School found out about Stonehenge and came dressed as cave men and women and as Celts.
One pupil brought in a model roundhouse she had made at home with help from her mum and dad.
The pupils also made models and painted scenes of Stonehenge and thought about how the stones may have been moved to Somerset from Wales.
At the end of the day the youngsters acted out a short play by H. G. Wells.
