I have mixed feelings about the flagging up of dog poo in Boston’s Central Park.
While it will highlight the problem – is this really what we want to do for visitors?
If I see flags in a park, the first thing I normally do is look for the pitch and putt hut.
Why not have patrols in the area and fine those responsible? I support the idea of placing bags there, though – leaving no excuse for people.
