An extra 27 homes could be built on the Riverside Caravan Park in Boston’s Witham Town.
Developers Chestnut Homes have applied for planning permission to build 140 homes on the site – instead of the original 113 that have already been given consent by Boston Borough Council.
Roads, car parking and landscaping are included in the application.
• The council has also received an application from Andy Parker to build 32 homes at the junction of Woodthorpe Avenue and Toot Lane, on the outskirts of Boston.
The land is currently an arable field but the applicants say there is an accepted local need for affordable homes.
