While some of the children will be selling hand-made planting kits, others will be enticing visitors with their parade of potato products.
Evie Fisher in Moonstone Class said: “We have come up with a range of different and exciting ways to re-use potatoes and everyone in the class is preparing for a bumper crop of visitors.”
Vicky Cook, headteacher, said: “Children and staff have worked incredibly hard to put together what we feel sure will be a most enjoyable event for families and friends in the local area. We are hoping for good weather, but, if it rains, it won’t dampen our enthusiasm – stalls will be moved inside.”
