Fillingham: Driver refused to take breath test
A Fillingham man has been banned from driving for 22 months after he failed to provide breath for analysis.
Westley Leake, 37, of High Street, Fillingham, was also driving without insurance and failed to stop after causing damage to another vehicle.
As well as a driving ban he was fined £500, £50 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
