A further course of free fitness and wellbeing sessions begins in Boston this Friday, March 10.
Classes will give the older generation the chance to take part in activities including tai chi, dance, seated exercise and information about volunteering.
The course is from 10am to noon this Friday at Ridlington Day Centre, in Sibsey Lane, Boston.
They will be running until Friday, March 31.
As well as fitness and exercise, the course will also give those taking part the chance to socialise.
There is no set age range to take part in the course, but they are aimed at the older generation.

The sessions are being delivered by Lincolnshire Community and Voluntary Service (LCVS) as part of a programme funded by Boston Big Local.
