Gainsborough: Suspended sentence after failing to inform the council of a change of circumstances
A Gainsborough man has been given a 12 week custodial sentence suspended for 12 months after he failed to notify West Lindsey District Council of a change of circumstance that would affect his benefits.
Kevin Robinson, 38, of Edward Road, Gainsborough, was also ordered to pay an £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
