Staff atParksidePharmacy in Boston have been given an award for excellent customer service. The pharmacy, in Tawney Street, took the top honour in its category with the gold award.
Staff (pictured above)were among those from other Lincolnshire Co-ops, including food stores, funeral services and travel branches to be honoured in the society’s Customer Service Excellence Awards. Many of the nominees were based on ‘mystery shopper’ visits carried out by independent companies.
Over the last year staff have taken part in more than 71,000 hours of training on and off the job and more than 5,000 colleagues completed courses in subjects from first line management and food safety to funeral services, retail and pharmacy skills.
