The trust which provides specialist mental health and social care services in Lincolnshire is looking for members of the public to sit on its council of governors.
Elections for Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust will take place this summer.
Eight seats are up for re-election, one of which, the Borough of Boston, currently stands vacant.
Public governors take part in a number of activities throughout the year to enable the trust to monitor and ensure the quality of its services is of the very highest standard.
Nominations will remain open until Monday, July 20, with voting taking place throughout August. To become a governor, you must first be a trust member.
Nomination forms can be obtained from the Electoral Reform Service by calling 020 8889 9203.
