Giving up smoking can be tough if you’re doing it on your own.
Whether you’ve set yourself a New Year’s resolution or would like to kick the habit but aren’t sure how, make 2015 the year to quit with all the support you need.
The Phoenix NHS Stop Smoking Service, part of Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust, can help you through your desire to quit by offering free behavioural support and a range of treatments on prescription.
Phoenix is a countywide service and can offer appointments either face-to-face or over the phone to fit around your daily routine. You are four times more likely to quit smoking with Phoenix than going it alone.
This year’s No Smoking Day is on March 11 and Phoenix will be holding events across the county to promote the ‘Proud to be a Quitter’ theme. Advisors will be on hand to offer advice and take referrals for those who would like to give up the cigarettes.
