Two young swans injured after '˜crash-landing' at Hubberts Bridge last month have been released back into the wild.

The birds were rescued from almost certain death along the busy A52 by a member of the public, police and an RSPCA inspector. They were taken to the RSPCA’s wildlife hospital in Each Winch for treatment. They have now been released on the main drain by Oldrids Downtown, along with a third juvenile swan rescued from similar circumstances in South Kyme.
