With Bonfire Night now firmly on the horizon, we’re giving you a head’s up to plan where to enjoy the sights and sounds of the occasion.
On Friday, October 31, the Queen of Spades pub in Wellington Road will have a display alongside a disco and games.
On Saturday, November 1, the Robin Hood in High Street is holding an event from 2.30pm till late - with children encouraged to don Halloween costiumes for the night
Also on Saturday, November 1, Boston Rugby Club will be holding its display at the Princess Royal Sports Area. Doors open at 6pm with the display starting at 7.30pm. There will be a barbecue, refreshments and a licensed bar open all night. Entrance is £5 for adults and £2 for under-16s.
On Wednesday, November 5, Boston United hosts its display at the Jakemans Stadium. The display costs £5 for adults, £3 for under-16s and £12 for two adults and two children. The night will feature live music, pre-display entertainment and cheerleading, hot food and refreshments.
Gates open at 6pm, with fireworks starting at 8pm.
