A man who was reported to have absconded from North Sea Camp has appeared before magistrates.
Stuart Brownhill, 59, has been charged with escaping from lawful custody.
He was arrested in Lancashire on Sunday, after he was said to be missing from the 5am roll call at the Freiston Shore facility on Friday.
He appeared at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court today (Monday) where he was sent for trial at Lincoln Crown Court on October 17, at 10am. He gave no indication of plea.
