MARGARET Anne Fabian, of Bradford Road, Boston, has died at Ralphlands Care Home in Frampton.
She was 80.
Born in Lincoln, she had lived in the area for 52 years.
A widow, she leaves behind son Rob Fabian, daughter Anne Rawson, grandchildren Mic, Ben, Jo, Olly, Nik and Lydia and great-grandchildren Rio, Jack, Amber and Joshua.
During her working life, Mrs Fabian worked as an SE Nurse at Boston General Hospital. She retired early to care for her father.
In her spare time she took on many voluntary roles until she was unable to continue. She supported Greenpeace, The British Heart Foundation and the Air Ambulance.
Her funeral took place at St Mary’s Church in Kirkby-on-Bain and was followed by interment. The service was officiated by the Rev Margaret Done.
Chief family mourners were: Rob and Caroline Fabian (son and daughter-in-law), Anne and Paul Rawson (daughter and son-in-law), Mic Rawson and Mandy Chase (grandson and partner), Nik and Stew Patton (granddaughter and husband), Ben, Jo and Olly Fabian (grandsons), Lydia Fabian (granddaughter) and Peter Leary (nephew).
