Nostalgia - new headteacher at North Kyme School
Back in June 1991, North Kyme Primary School welcomed a new headteacher - David Stewart, from Newcastle upon Tyne.
He had joined this term after previously teaching in Skegness. He admitted it had been a huge change as his last school had 300 children and North Kyme had just 27.
He said he was overwhelmed by the support of parents and staff.

Sadly, a decade later, the school closed and is now occupied by Lincolnshire Road Safety Partnership’s driving skills academy.
Were you among these pupils? What happened to Mr Stewart?
