The One Show’s Rickshaw Challenge passes through Boston tomorrow (Wednesday) in support of the BBC’s annual Children in Need fundraiser.
The team are expected to arrive from 10am to 11am, travelling from Skegness along Freiston Road, Vauxhall Road and Main Ridge East.
They will then travel along John Adams Way to the Bargate roundabout, before going through town to rejoin John Adams Way, where it meets South Square, leaving Boston via High Street and London Road.
On Friday, Pudsey bear will also be in Boston town centre.
The Children in Need mascot will be in Boots, in the Market Place, at 10am; Blackfriars Theatre and Arts Centre, in Spain Lane, at 10.30am; Just For You, in Church Lane, at 11am; Marks and Spencer, in Market Place, at 11.30am; EE, in Wide Bargate, at noon; Wilko, in Pescod Square, at 12.30pm; Boston Stump, at 2pm; Tates Fish and Chip Restaurant, in New Street, at 2.30pm; Boots Opticians, in Market Place, at 3pm; Oldrids, in Strait Bargate, at 3.30pm, and Boots again, in Market Place at 4pm.
The visits have been organised by Boston Town Team.
