Roads: Sat navs are to blame

I think one of the biggest faults is the introduction of satellite navigation machines.

In the village where I live, the number of cars (and HGVs) has increased dramatically in the last couple of years.

I’m told that it is because Bluestone Heath is now ‘recognised’ as a short cut for traffic – the coastal areas to inland Lincolnshire – because of these infernal sat navs.

The roads just aren’t wide enough to cope with the amount of traffic using them.

It can only be a matter of time before there is an accident – or an entire vehicle is swallowed up by one of the potholes.
