Body found in search for missing woman, 72
Police searching for a 72-year-old who went missing from her home have this morning found a body.
Lincolnshire Police put out an urgent appeal for information after Shirley Drove, 72, went missing from her home in Quadring overnight.
The force now says officers searching for a 72-year-old woman who was reported missing from Quadring have located the body of a woman in the North Drove area.
A spokesperson said: “Formal identification has not yet taken place but officers believe this is the woman who was reported missing from South Drove last night.
“Her family have been informed.”
