Kelsey WI members help mark lockdown 90th
When one of their members reached 90, North Kelsey WI weren’t going to let the occasion pass, even in lockdown.
A small number of fellow members made a surprise visit to the garden of June Hall, taking her flowers and cards.
Later on that day, two of her neighbours, Kim and Brenda, arranged a special birthday tea, along with a virtual party with several members of her family on Zoom.
June moved to North Kelsey 47 years ago with her husband Ron and their two children, and joined the WI in 1974, where she has held several offices, including president.
