Mablethorpe and Sutton town councillors have been going above and beyond to support those in need in the local community, by establishing a new community larder (food bank) in Sutton on Sea, to help feed those who in need during the coronavirus crisis.

The food bank, run by Coun Stephanie Carruthers (pictured) and Coun Helen Matthews, is based at St Clement’s Church in Church Lane.

It is open from Monday to Friday, between 12 noon and 2pm.

No referrals are necessary, and food is available for adults, children, babies, and even pets.
