Crafters showed off their skills in everything from glass mosaics to crochet at a Christmas fair held at Mayfields care home in Boston.
The retirement home, in Broadfield Lane, hosted a variety of craft stalls, along with those selling home-made cakes, and offering massages.

Sandra Hammond from the care home, said: “It all went well, and the residents seemed to really enjoy it. We had Christmas music playing and games such as ‘name the teddy bear’ a raffle and tombola. Our residents helped to set it up and family members were involved as well.”
The festivities will continue at Mayfields next month, with a Christmas party planned, and a ‘tea dance and sing-a-long’ event on Thursday, December 13 - which everyone is invited to. This takes place from 2-4pm, with entertainment provided by Boston Jive and Ancaster Court Choir.
