Avian fans were proudly displaying their beautiful birds for a show at Stickney on Sunday.

The village’s annual poultry show saw more than 219 entries and 12 category prizes awarded, as well as a Championship Row winner and reserve winner chosen.

Organiser Brian Sands said the show went very well, adding: “Most of the shows we run go smoothly and this was no exeption.”

The overall winner was Tom Holland, of Old Leake.
