Police presence in Boston over dispersal order

There has been a police presence in Boston this afternoon (Wednesday) over a dispersal order.

A number of patrol cars have been seen down Red Lion Street and the on-call police inspector confirmed it was in relation to a dispersal order.

They said the 48-hour order had been put in place from 10am on Monday after calls from residents and businesses concerned with anti-social behaviour.

She added officers were on scene today to move on some people who had returned to the area.
