Boston Mayflower’s 2013 Annual Report to Tenants has been chosen as one of the best three in the country by the Tenant Participation Advisory Service (TPAS).

Boston’s biggest provider of social rented homes won the TPAS Central Region Final’s Excellence in Annual Report category recently. It will now go to the national final on July 10.

Mayflower’s PR and marketing officer Nathan Black said: “This is a great achievement as it really highlights to the country as a whole the great work we are doing with our tenants. They were involved every step of the way with this report.”

The TPAS awards highlight the UK’s best examples of landlords and tenants working together, and aim to help share best practice among the housing sector.
