Conservative candidate for 2015 election to be decided


This afternoon voters will cast their verdict at an open primary to decide the Conservative party’s candidate for next year’s general election.

The Boston and Skegness Conservative Open Primary starts at 1.30pm at the Peter Paine Sports Centre on Rosebery Avenue, the event is open to anyone who has pre-booked a ticket regardless of their political affiliation.

Four candidates have been selected from a long list and will face an interview and question and answer session before those attending will vote on which one to put forward.
