Bid to convert derelict Boston nightclub into flats
A planning application has been submitted to Boston Borough Council to change the use of The Studio Nightclub, in Craythorne Lane, formerly After Dark, and to make alterations and extensions to the property to create 12 self-contained flats.
The bid has been made by Zeen Construction, of Peterborough.

Hide AdThe business hopes to create 10 two-bedroom flats and two one-bedroom flats at the site.
The building is, in fact, two buildings joined together in the second half of the 20th century, both warehouses.
One is Gaol Granary, dating from the late 17th or early 18th century; the other is Sibsey Lane Warehouse dating from the mid-18th century. Neither carry listed status.
