Hide AdIt comes after councillors discussed the possibility of producing a plan at their montly meeting back in January.
Speaking at the meeting, councillors said that if they did decide to do a plan, a steering group would have to be formed and this would need to be controlled/managed by the town council.
Neighbourhood Plans give towns a bigger voice in the planning process, meaning local people will have more control over developments.
Caistor Neighbourhood Plan has recently become one of the first in the county to be approved after a referendum in the town saw 74 per cent of voters give their backing to the document.
