Residents urged to sign up to save on their energy bills

Residents in East Lindsey are being encouraged to sign up for a cut-price energy scheme, which could save up to £200 a year.

Householders are being urged to show their interest by signing up to a register by visiting which could put them in line for a better deal on domestic fuel bills.

But you must act before November 25.

With energy prices continuing to soar, East Lindsey District Council has joined the scheme, which is being led by South Holland District Council, to use their buying power together to cut a deal to help the community.

Council leader Doreen Stephenson said: “Simply express an interest and we’ll do our very best to save you money on your fuel bills. The potential savings each year could be significant. Registration is easy and is none committal, if you don’t like the price you don’t switch, so it’s risk free.”
