There is less than a week left to register your vote ahead of the district and parish council elections in May.

Applications to register to vote must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by midnight on Friday, April 12.

To register, visit www.gov.uk/register-to-vote

For postal votes, the deadline to register is Friday, April 19.
