A COURT case involving the chairman of Boston Town FC – who is charged with racially aggravated assault – has been adjourned.
Michael Vines, 61, was due to appear at Boston Magistrates’ Court on Friday but was unwell and could not attend. The case was adjourned until July 25 when Vines, of Fen Road, Frampton Fen, must attend or produce a medical certificate.
The allegation is said to have occurred on May 6.
His case was previously adjourned to establish his entitlement to legal aid.
