TICKETS are now on sale for the Boston Standard’s spectacular variety show to mark the paper’s 100th year of publication.
The special centenary show will feature some of Boston’s finest acts, ranging from a boxing poet to a German dance troupe. There really will be something for everybody.
And even better, the event will be raising money for good causes, as any proceeds from the evening will be going towards The Butterfly Hospice and Blackfriar’s Theatre.
Standard editor Stephen Stray said: “It should be great night. We have some brilliant acts confirmed for the evening.
“I think it will be a fantastic way for us to celebrate the paper’s centenary with the people of Boston.”
A total of 10 acts have been confirmed for the evening, which will be taking place at Blackfriars Theatre, on Spain Lane, at 7pm on Sunday, July 8.
Tickets cost £3, or £10 for a family of four (two adults and two children) and are available from The Standard office on Church Lane and the Butterfly Hospice charity shop on Emery Lane.
