Skegness man charged with sex trafficking offences after being arrested in Boston area

Three men - including two from Skegness - have been arrested on suspicion of being involved in human trafficking.

Police made the arrests in the early hours of Thursday in the Kirton area.

They have since been interviewed by Lincolnshire Police.

Marcin Wawrzynowski, 29, of Grosvenor Road, Skegness, has been charged with two counts under the Asylum and Immigration Act 2006, specifically intentionally arranging or facilitating the travel of a person within the UK/another country with a view to their sexual exploitation.

He appeared at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court yesterday (Saturday). He was remanded in custody to appear at Lincoln Crown Court via video-link on May 29.

A 22-year-old man from Hounslow and a 34-year-old man from Skegness have been released on police bail to return to the police station at a later date when further enquiries have been carried out.
