“WE CAN justifiably and proudly say that the constituency of Boston and Skegness is truly blue.”
These were the words of Theresa Walker, outgoing chairman of the Boston and Skegness Conservative Association at the group’s Annual General Meeting recently, when she was speaking about the past year.
She was referring to the ‘tremendous success’ of Conservative politicians elected in last year’s local elections, and the high volume of people who voted against the AV system.
She added: “The excellent results are the rewards for some very serious hard work, dedication and commitment shown by candidates and campaign managers.”
Boston and Skegness MP Mark Simmonds also attended the event.
