A teenager who used CS gas during a robbery in Boston has been sentenced to 54 months in prison.
Alan Ambotas, 19, of Grosvenor Road, Frampton was sentenced at Lincoln Crown Court on Friday.
In October, Ambotas pleaded guilty to charges of robbery, assault, and possessing a prohibited weapon (CS spray).
The court was told that the offence occurred in the early hours of Friday, June 27, 2014, in Bartol Crescent, Boston.
The victim, who was 18 at the time, was sprayed in the face with the gas and had his mobile phone stolen.
