Tractor and trailer go up in flames at Ashby de la Launde

A tractor and trailer were badly damaged in a blaze at Ashby de la Launde yesterday (Thursday) morning.

Three crews called from Lincoln and Sleaford arrived at the scene around 11.44am and put out the flames using hoses.

The tractor was severely damaged and the trailer and contents also suffered moderate damage according to the fire service report.

No-one was said to have been hurt and no cause of the fire had been disclosed at this time.
