A FRISKNEY woman was taken to hospital after her car collided with a lamp post on John Adams Way yesterday.
The woman, 50, was driving her grey Perodua Myvi at about 4.40pm when it hit the central reservation near United Carpets and Beds.
Two fire and rescue crews from Boston attended the scene and helped to rescue the woman who was trapped in the car.
She was taken to Pilgrim Hospital but was not believed to have been injured.
Damage was caused to the street lamp and the road was temporarily closed.
