LETTER: The Market Place is utter chaos - what a waste of money

Thursday afternoon I took my car into Boston Market Place, as it’s usually the quietest time of the week. It was utter chaos!

Vehicles of every description being driven in any haphazard direction, pedestrians taking their lives in their hands to cross Market Place, kamikaze cyclists and young women pushing baby buggies, engrossed in telephone conversations . Crazy!

I should like the person – no, it had to be a committee – who re-designed the Market Place to be made to watch video footage of this folly.

What a waste of money.

It doesn’t even have the saving grace of looking attractive.
