A MAN has died after suffering serious chest and leg injuries when the car he was travelling in came off the road at Small End near Friskney yesterday (Tuesday).
Three passengers also in the car when the incident happened at around 3.20pm, were taken to Pilgrim Hospital.
They were a 20-year-old woman and another woman and man, ages not yet known.
Police said all suffered broken bones in the collision and remain in hospital in Boston.
The driver, a Lithuanian man living in Wrangle, sustained serious injuries and was taken to Pilgrim Hospital where he died several hours later.
The Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance was in attendance at the scene.
All the men involved were from the local area, police have said.
Officers said the collision happened on the road between the Parrot Sanctuary and Friskney village.
The road was closed for several hours after the incident.
