Firefighters have been called out to a combine harvester ablaze in the Scrane End area of Freiston on Saturday.
The fire occurred in Croppers Lane where a crew from Boston used a water backpack to damp down the combine harvester just before 4.40pm.
Meanwhile, a fire involving straw and manure in Frithville earlier on Saturday was caused by from a controlled bonfire in a garden nearby.
It happened in a field off Main Road before 1.55pm and crews from Boston and Leverton used a water hose reel to put the fire out.
A Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue spokesman urged people to take precautions by having water on standby in case of fires started to get out of control.
SATURDAY 5.05PM: Straw and manure fire in Frithville
A pile of straw and manure went up in flames on land off the B1183 in Frithville at lunchtime today.
Fire crews from Boston and Leverton were called to a field off Main Road where the fire broke out just before 1.55pm.
A water hose reel was used to put the fire out but no one was believed to have been hurt.
SATURDAY 10.15AM: Fence fire outside home in Boston
Fire crews have been called to a fence on fire outside a home in Boston ahead of the bank holiday weekend.
Reports of a fence alight in Haven Meadows came at about 2.35pm on Friday and firefighters used a water hose reel to put out the flames.
No one was thought to have been hurt as a result of the fire.
