The demolition of Boston’s Lord Nelson public house ready for a food store to be built in its place appears to have begun in earnest.
For weeks, the area surrounding the pub in Woodville Road has been fenced off to the public as part of plans from Lincolnshire Co-op to knock down the pub and replace it with a food store.
Workers have been seen on site during that time, but the structure of the pub has largely stayed in tact.
Now, however, a demolition vehicle has begun to pull the building apart.
