This was the scene on Tuesday evening after a woman was ‘hit’ by a police vehicle.

The woman suffered ‘serious’ injuries and is currently in hospital in Sheffield.

The Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) are also now investigating.

The incident happened on Memorial Avenue, Worksop, just after 4.30pm.
