The first day of the big Boston Standard relaunch is now complete.
Staff from the newspaper have spent the day manning a stall on Boston market and hundreds of people have been to see us to chat about the paper’s new look and enjoy the free gifts on offer.
We also entertained some very special guests, with Colin Martin joining us with his parrot Percy and performing songs on his ukulele.
Sausage rolls were on offer for all who bought the paper, thanks to Boston Sausage, and each customer was given a goodie bag.
Your new look paper includes a revamped court page, new cinema listings and a brand new jobs section.

News of the relaunch also featured on BBC Radio Lincolnshire, with East Midlands Newspapers Managing Director Richard Parkinson and Boston Standard editor Stephen Stray interviewed about our new look.
