FOOD and drink businesses in the area are asking for your help in this year’s East Midlands Food and Drink Awards.
The awards aim to recognise the quality of food and drink from around the region.
Now, four businesses from around the borough have passed the Lincolnshire finals.
They are: The Wheatsheaf Inn, Hubberts Bridge (best bar, best chef and best gastro pub), Tates Fish and Chip Shop, Boston (best fish and chips), Supreme Inns, Bicker Bar (best hotel restaurant) and Oriental Palace, Boston (best Oriental restaurant).
The awards, launched in July, were open to all businesses who serve food and drink, from posh nosh to chippies, and the organisers have been inundated with votes.
The headline sponsor of the awards is New college in Stamford with support by category sponsors.
Each region has been voting for their top places to eat and drink across 14 different categories.
The top establishments from each region will now compete to be the East Midlands winner.
The winners will be announced at a glittering ceremony and gala dinner on Sunday, October 28, at Greetham Valley Hotel, Golf and Conference Centre, hosted by celebrity chef Aldo Zilli.
