A Worksop funeral home is appealing for help with a special Easter ‘egg-ercise’ in aid of local children.

Staff from The Co-operative Funeralcare on Gateford Road are urging people to donate Easter eggs to the funeral home for the benefit of underprivileged children in the Worksop area.

“There are many youngsters in the local area who may welcome a bit of extra cheer this Easter,” said Joanna Jackson of The Co-operative Funeralcare.

Easter eggs can be handed to staff at the funeral home until Thursday 2nd April, they will then be given to children in time for Easter Sunday.
