Get rid of buses and refurbish town centre

IN RESPONSE to last week’s list of priorities for Boston, I fully back the list.

However, I don’t think ‘buses going through Strait Bargate’ will ever change as Lincolnshire County Council don’t come to Boston to see the damage buses are doing to our town centre.

We should get rid of them and then refurbish the town centre.

As to ‘ordinary parking spaces lost’ at what loss of revenue to the local council?

And ‘the five lamps’, this is just a glorified bus stop and not our original town centre piece.

We once had a seating area where me and others could rest our weary bones.

Let’s keep at the powers that be and maybe we will succeed one day.
