Boston United's youth team were beaten 4-3 by their counterparts from Premier League Liverpool on Sunday.
Liam Adams netted twice while Jenson Ball also scored for the hosts in their friendly, in front of a crowd of 432.
Marley Blair, Brad Garton, Rafa Camacho and Glen McAuley scored for the Reds.
