BOSTON United’s reserve team boss Glen Maddison has today been unveiled as the new manager of Sleaford Town.

Maddison has enjoyed a successful stint at the Jakemans Stadium in the past two seasons, winning the league in his first season at the helm of the Pilgrims’ second string and reaching the final of the Supplementary Cup this season.

The 38-year-old takes over at the United Counties League outfit following the retirement of Brian Rowland at Eslaforde Park.

A Boston United statement said: “Everybody at Boston United would like to wish Glen Maddison well in his new role and thank him for his sterling service during the last two seasons.”
