Former National League title winner Terry Hawkridge has joined Boston United.

The 30-year-old winger has linked up with Craig Elliott's Pilgrims ahead of the 2020-21 campaign.

Nottingham-born Hawkridge began his career with Carlton Town, also having stints with Hucknall and Gainsborough Trinity before moving to Scunthorpe United in 2013.

Loan spells at Mansfield Town and Lincoln City followed before Hawkridge made his move to the Red Imps permanent, helping them win the 2016-17 National league title.

He was also part of the Lincoln squad which reached the FA Cup's sixth round in 2017, beating Premier League Burnley along the way before succumbing to Arsenal at the Emirates.

Hawkridge then moved to Notts County, where he played alongside fellow United summer recruits Matt Tootle and Ross Fitzsimons.

After leaving Meadow Lane, Hawkridge spent last season with Solihull Moors, making 42 appearances.
